Welcome to the SWV webpage of Metro Multifamily Housing Association! Every third Thursday we host monthly membership luncheons at the Eugene Hilton. Our luncheons are focused on topical interests of owners, property managers and landlords of the Southern Willamette Valley. Other ongoing events include our SWV Golf Tournament and the SWV Maintenance Fair. We look forward to seeing you at our next event!

Southern Willamette Valley Multifamily Golf Tournament (8/26/10) 

Make sure to join us this summer for our 4th annual golf tournament held at the Emerald Valley Golf Course on August 26th! Registration includes greens fees, golf cart rental and the end of tournament dinner, which is open to everyone! This event offers a fantastic opportunity meet and become acquainted with members of the Property Management industry in the Southern Willamette Valley.

Educational Opportunities

Lead-Based Paint Renovation Certification (9/20/10 and 9/22/10)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revised its Lead-Based Paint Renovation and Repair Regulations and now requires property owners, management companies, and landlords to implement lead-safe work practices. Beginning April 22, 2010, paid contractors and maintenance professionals working in pre-1978 housing must be certified lead-based paint renovators. MMHA offers an eight-hour certification class to comply with these new rules. » FAX REGISTRATION FLYER

Oregon Landlord Tenant Law Training

(Part 1 — 10/21/10 & Part 2 — 10/22/10)

These trainings are an interactive environment which allows attendees to ask questions and get answers to specific situations they have encountered. Both first time managers or landlords, as well as veterans of the industry, will benefit from staying current with the laws and knowing which forms will equip them for successful resident retention. » Fax Registration Flyer
