The 2010 Maintenance Fair & Top Tech Challenge Event has come and conquered! A great day was had by all on Thursday March 11th at the Oregon Convention Center. Photos and Top Tech Challenge results are coming soon!

The Maintenance Fair continues to grow each year, becoming the prominent event for maintenance professionals and property managers. This popular event features 15 specialized educational classes to choose from. Visit with Exhibitors and Industry Suppliers with displays and information on the newest tools, trends and products available to the industry! This event brings you a full day of education taught by tenured industry professionals for maintenance professionals (of all experience levels), their management teams, and crews.

This unique Tradeshow and Conference takes a HANDS ON approach allowing attendees to test and sample products, learn new skills, and sharpen existing techniques.

Top Tech Challenge

The Challenge is a timed competition made from a variety of common maintenance tasks that will put maintenance professionals to the test! There will be be several activities including toilet repair, screen repair, light bulb replacement, plumbing, and a model race car competition.
