The 9th Annual ACE awards were held Thursday, May 21, 2009 at  the Oregon Convention Center.

This amazing night could not be possible without our valued Industry Suppliers and their commitment of sponsoring of this celebrated evening.

The Apartment Community Excellence Awards are a way to recognize and honor individuals who stand out as role-models, exemplary professionals, and community builders in the multifamily rental-housing industry; and who actively strive to elevate the industry as a whole.

The ACE Awards honors nominees in categories such as Managers of the year, Assistant Managers of the year and Maintenance persons of the year,according to the sizes of the residential communities.  Additionally ACE recognizes awards for Leasing person of the year, Metro Area Property of the year, Southern Willamette Valley Property of the year, Civic Responsibility, Company Recognition Awards, The Sally Johnson Award for Industry Service, and the Ross Dey Award for demonstrated excellence in the property management industry over a lifetime.

This annual premier event continues to grow in participation, and would not be possible without the support of our Industry Supplier sponsorships, donations, and those who participate through nominating outstanding employees, or by their involvement in the planning of the event itself.
