Membership Options for Metro Multifamily Housing Association

Affiliate Membership: The Affiliate rate is reserved for government agencies or non-profit organizations offering information or resources to MMHA members.

Rental Home Owner (RHO): Typically, the RHO is a busy professional who also happens to be a landlord, managing a few rental properties during free moments. Generally those who manage less than 20 units are considered Rental Home Owners.

Property Management: Property Management members tend to be Property Management companies (including their employees) responsible for dozens to thousands of rental units.

Industry Supplier:  MMHA is empowered by our fantastic Industry Suppliers, vendors of every imaginable professional service necessary for those who own or operate rental housing. MMHA refers members to our Industry Suppliers every day, facilitating our industry's growth.
