Metro Multifamily Housing Association's Spring 2010 Edition of the Apartment Report is now available! In its 12th issue, the bi-annual publication includes rent and vacancy data collected from the Portland/ Vancouver, Salem, Eugene/Springfield, and Bend/ Redmond areas. Carefully chosen experts in their respective fields contribute the narrative sections of the report. Market perspectives are garnered from appraisers, lenders, brokers, economists, and developers who specialize in the multifamily industry. Their articles are printed without editing the content, in order to further our commitment to unbiased opinions. The subsidized housing segment has been segregated and we have begun separately tracking this important product type.
This report has become the preeminent and most comprehensive publication of its kind in Oregon. The data is collected and presented using MMHA resources with information obtained directly from property managers, owners, and on-site managers. The data is verified and tabulated, then quickly published and distributed. As exposure of the Report continues to grow both within the industry and the community at large, so does its value and credibility. With each new edition, participation and distribution has strengthened reinforcing its stability and fortitude.
