ACE
Chair: Susan Sands, CTL Management
Meets: October to May; second Friday of the month, 10am at MMHA office
ACE stands for Apartment Community Excellence and it is the yearly awards ceremony honoring the very best of the multifamily industry. The ACE Committee is responsible for planning and executing every detail of the event. The committee meets approximately from October-June. ACE was on sabbatical in 2011 and will return better than ever in 2012.
Apartment Report Advisory
Meets: January to April & July to October; first Tuesday of the month, 8am at MMHA office
The MMHA Apartment Report is released every April and October. The Apartment Report Advisory Committee shepherds the report from the survey process to publication. They coordinate all components of the report and its debut Breakfast event.
Education

Meets: Year-round; first Thursday of the month, noon at MMHA office
The Education Committee determines the scope of our educational offerings, topics, etc.
Forms
Chair: Amanda Williams, C&R Real Estate Services
Meets: Year-round; fourth Tuesday of the month, 3:30pm at Bittner & Hahs office
The MMHA Forms Committee meets monthly overseeing all edits to the Forms Collection.
Golf
Chair: Jeff Nielsen, Cornerstone Disaster Repair
Meets: January to July; fourth Tuesday of the month, 7:30am at the Buffalo Gap in Portland
The MMHA Golf Committee organizes the annual Multifamily Charity Golf Tournament.
Government & Public Affairs
Co-Chairs: Tom Brenneke, Guardian Management & David Halseth, Background Investigations
Meets: Year-round; first Thursday of the month, 8am at MMHA office
The Government and Public Affairs committee meets monthly and helps guide the association's lobbying and engagement in state and local government.
Maintenance Fair
Co-Chairs: Brandon Borshel, HD Supply & Ryan Ridgeway, Mark-Taylor Residential
Meets: October to March; third Thursday of the month, 9am at MMHA office
Every March MMHA puts on the Maintenance Fair in Portland. The committee orchestrates every component of the tradeshow and educational classes offered.
Marketing
Chair: Mary Daggett, Income Property Management
Meets: Year-round; fourth Monday of the month, 12pm at MMHA office
The Marketing committee meets monthly to improve on the consistency and quality of messaging from the association.
Membership
Chair: Dana Williams, Princeton Property Management
Meets: Year-round; fourth Monday of the month, 1pm at MMHA office
The Membership committee works to promote membership and retention through communication of value added benefits while fostering participation.
Service
Chair: Pam McKenna, Guardian Management
Meets: Year-round; third Thursday of the month, 9am off-site (ask Chair for details)
The Service Committee organizes all of the association's charity events throughout the year.
Spectrum
Chair: Renee Larsen, Apartment Finder
Meets: February to September; fourth Thursday of the month, 9am at MMHA office
The Spectrum committee plans our largest event, the Spectrum Educational Conference and Tradeshow. Over 1000 attendees and 30+ classes are offered each year. The committee has full reign of the show and produces a great event year after year.
Supplier Council
Chair: Paul Hoevet, HD Supply
Meets: Year-round; third Friday of the month, 2pm at MMHA office; Quarterly off-site meetings, TBD
The MMHA Supplier Council advises the association on behalf Industry Suppliers and assists in supplier member outreach. The committee is in charge of the Reverse Tradeshow.
