2012 Rebuilding Together Day of Service

What a fantastic day was had by our volunteers as the MMHA Service Committee sponsored and organized a record 6 homes apart of the massive Rebuilding Together day of action across Portland. House teams consist of both professional property management and industry supplier members that are independently able to source the skills, labor and equipment to surpass expectations. Supporting Fair Housing for All

Housing discrimination is unacceptable whenever it occurs. Landlords have a legal and moral obligation to offer the same opportunities and use the same policies for everyone. When fair housing laws are broken, violators should be held accountable. At the same time, Fair Housing education has never been more important to keep community awareness high and landlords operating legally. MMHA continually offers Fair Housing education and rental forms to help all landlords operate within the law. Click for more information and to view upcoming opportunities.
