This month our luncheon is a networking social hour for our members that is followed by two Oregon Landlord/Tenant Law classes. Part I focuses on screening, applications, and recruiting quality tenants- it is directly after the luncheon from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Part II is not to be missed as it explains the many variables around evictions and end of tenancy responsibilities of final accounting and abandoned property. Part II will be the following morning from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Note membership discount when registering for both classes, or simply opt to attend the luncheon only. » Fax Registration Flyer
